I tried looking a few times and never found the 4M SIMMS.

Also, FYI, you can use parity 30-pin SIMMs with no problem. The extra  
bit will just be ignored. The only time I've ever heard of Apple  
using parity RAM was with a custom-order version of the IIci, back  
when the anti-Mac types were trying to add that to government  
contracts in an effort to lock them out.
