Hi Tom:

 From everything I have heard about twin engined G-5s, you want to 
replace the motherboard and processors with the non-liquid cooled 
version.  I think it is a 2.3GHz processor.  The non-liquid cooled 
version is much more desirable simply because of the ease of repair, 
reliability, and the thermal calibration non-issue.  Less headaches =
