I've been wanting to make a similar inquirery.
The el cheep-o mp3 player I carry at work uses AAA batteries.
My original plan was to snag a couple of Solar garden lights to do the
job of trickle charging my NiMH batt's.
The catch was that while several store displays have a box of NiMH
"replacement"
batteries all the garden lights themselves come with Ni-Cd's.
I know that the Fast charging profiles of NiMH and Ni-Cd's are different
My question:
Is the trickle charging profile of the Ni-Cd solar lights compatible with
NiMH batteries?
