[XCSSA] looking for a Mac SE/30 ethernet card set

Yeah, we learned about those in my first Cisco class.  They connected a 
transceiver to the big thick coax using a vampire tap.  Grateful I never 
had to work with them.

Yeah, I had an old Mac monitor in my hardware class lab for a while that 
had that connector.  Built a G-4 Sawtooth that used an AGP card and a 
DB-15 VGA output.  Doesn't seem to freak out my little PC addicts as bad 
as the old Mac video connector.
