[XCSSA] Integrating with components that have differing voltage requirements

Hi,
I'm finally back home and decided to get back to work on the balloon project again. I decided to build two APRS trackers: one with 100% off-the-shelf components/wiring and another that is built on a custom PCB from SMT components. I'm a little stumped by a power issue that I'm facing with the PCB. Each component has a particular voltage requirement. The GPS wants 3.3V regulated. The OpenTracker+ SMT wants 5V regulated (or 6V-28V unregulated). Not to be outdone, the SRB MX146 miniature radio wants 8V.
I'm still really new to electronics but it seems that I have only two choices: separate power supplies for each component or switching voltage regulators for each.
I've considered just assembling a 12V battery rig and using three of these:

Can I run three of these off of one bank of batteries? Is it as simple as connecting the Vin lines of each regulator to the +12V terminal of my battery block?
Is there a better way to do this?
FYI, here are the three components I'm trying to run:
