[XCSSA] Small (2.5" - 4") portable monitor

Consumer electronic displays seem to stop at 7" in size.  I was
looking for one 2.5" to 4" in size that ran off of batteries and had
an composit/audio (RCA) input jack.  Any suggestions on a
atmel/adrino/other small processor/board that might drive a small
screen and have an RCA input jack (including where to get the "small
screen") would be greatly appreciated.
