Sounds like the makings for an interesting presentation Tim. :)
Some folks on SATLUG are curious in seeing a presentation on this too.

Just curious.. What hot swap backplane hardware are you using?
Any other hardware redundancy? (PSUs, UPS, NICs, etc)
