The original design calls for basically no connectors - the wire is  
soldered directly onto the board. Might sound crazy but the 100 Mil  
cabling matches quite well and it seems to be heavier duty and, of all  
the solutions I have seen to this problem, seems to be the cleanest  
design.

I was going to use right hangle pin headers and, while that still  
could work, the clearance is so small on the front of the PT-10 case  
that things would get really cramped. So much so that I was worried I  
might eventually cause a short by the cabling getting cut on a solder  
joint or something like that.
