[XCSSA] bootable usb stick from NetBSD boot disks

Hi Chris!

There's some Ubuntu documentation on how to do it with their Live CD.  
A bit of Googling can get you some of those and I bet some (but I'm  
sure not all) of that could translate to your NetBSD project. I don't  
have those links or hand or I would have just pasted them here.

For me, I just installed from CD to the USB stick. Most modern  
mainboards can boot from USB no problem so if you want your own full  
NetBSD distribution (ie not a Live CD), I'd try that route. Worked  
quite well for me.
