[XCSSA] XCSSA (Blowing Fuses and Unsure Why)

Yep. Perfboards kinda suck :) But I've redesigned this thing about 4  
times now so they are handy for what I'm doing. The DIP socket is a  
fantastic idea, as is the wire-wrap. I should probably get some wire  
wrapping stuff. Part of the reason I do the point to point is because  
that just happens to be what I have.

The ultimate goal is to make printed. I love printed boards. Not only  
do they look nice, they're built better and make my soldering skills  
appear better than they actually may be :)

But back to the DIPs - I don't suppose you have any model numbers  
handy of the kind you prefer?
