Sorry Tim.. I should have clarified.. I'm not talking about audio here.. But 
general UI jitter issues.. and some non-DMA I/O operations.  As seen in that 
video that I'm discussing.  Unless you're running an embedded flavor of 
Windows.. you really can't get that "real time" aspect with Windows (with PID 
scheduling, inturrupt driven processes, etc).
