I get the wire from www.cheapbatterypacks.com at this link:
http://tinyurl.com/ygeya3l

I believe that the samples I gave you are the 20 gauge. The site has 22
gauge, but I do not think it is the silicone high strand type.

Let me know how it works out.

Thanks,

Charles S.

A MidiBoxer on the forums randomly found the YouTube's Charles made from
the MB-6852 SID meeting a few meetings ago. Apparently using context clues
they were able to guess it was me (my blue control surface gave it away):

Kinda cool. Thanks for throwing those up Charles!

On an aside, I now have all the parts I need for the SammichSID (A
lightweight 2 SID version with a stripped down control surface) that
should be more reliable until I can fix my MB-6852. The 6852 is almost
there but I've been really thinking about using some of the cabling
Charles suggested. The only thing I'm worried about is space. I might need
to go to a slightly smaller gauge so I have enough room for the 66 wires I
need.

Charles, do you have a link for that red wire you let me use? I assume you
grabbed that off Digikey our Mouser?
