Hey All,
I was cleaning out my office and found my old Samsung SPH i700 PDA phone (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_SPH-i700). I have an iPhone now and I
doubt these things sell for much, so I was wondering if I could repurpose it
for something else. It has a camera and an SDIO slot and a 300 MHz
processor, so I was thinking about trying to throw a linux image on it or
something. This PDA was made before wifi on PDA phones was popular (maybe
even available), so it doesn't have built in wifi, but I found a wifi SDIO
card that might work with it. Does anyone have suggestions for what to do
with this (and I will accept "use it as target practice" if that's what it's
good for), and any sites or resources that might help in the endeavor? My
first thought was for wardriving but I'm not sure that SDIO card would be
powerful enough.
Thanks,
Ben
