[XCSSA] Parallax SX End of Life Announcement

Yeah, it's a nice chip, too bad it's EOL...
Parallax seem to plan to stock up for a while though so I'm not worried 
that it will disappear over night.

See what I can do about playing taps, I'm not sure it's time yet so I 
might choose some other tune... ;-)
