[XCSSA] Generator powered laptops?

I took a look at that, but unfortunately, no one has been covering the
status of my zipcode, 77385.  Even in the zipcode lists that someone
(either on these lists or in another mailing list) has sent me, the
lists usually have 77384 and 77386, but nothing about my zip. :P

I know what it is, Centerpoint hates me, lol.
