Yep. Agreed. I try to never use the auto-router and also try to use as  
big a wires as I can - at least for power. But, auto-routing aside,  
does that layout even work properly? In other words, can I just plop a  
cap on the side like that and have it still work? My intuition says  
no, but then again, I don't have much knowledge to back that up :)
