The only place I've ever really used us Advanced Circuits (aka 4pcb.com):

They're okay.. I used them to create my 7"x14" "Rapid Reboot" controller that 
I invented for Server Beach back in 2003:

Real nice board.. but their "engineers" didn't catch the fact that thea 
art/layout program that I used to create the gerber files with had undersized 
via holes for all the DIP sockets.. so I had to manually drill out some 2,000 
holes by hand.  Thank goodness for my dremel drill press:

Geez what a nightmare.. plus a little "Blue wire"...  I'm surprised that the 
prototype ever worked.. 

BTW.. I don't know all their pricing now.. but they had some great pricing 
back in 2003.. I think in 2003 I got a deal of like $33/board (you can do 
multiple boards per sheet)...
