[XCSSA] Who is your favorite boardhouse?

I used pcbpool since they took Eagle files directly. They're not  
necessarily the cheapest or fastest (and the boards get made in  
Ireland so shipping takes a couple of days), but they're good for  
proto quantity, and can also do runs of 50. I had a 2x2 board which  
was 1/4 their minimum size, so I ended up with 200 that way. You can  
also save a couple of bucks by not getting solder mask or silkscreen  
on your first run.
