[XCSSA] Xerox Star and Smalltalk

The famous Xerox computer that inspired the Mac was the Star:

I was wrong, this was not implemented in Smalltalk, but rather in a 
dialect of Pascal known as Mesa.  However, you could get Smalltalk put 
on a Star.

Smalltalk was initially developed using the earlier Xerox research 
machine, the Alto, which also had a mouse, but originally had a much 
more primitive interface featuring text windows and buttons:
